The theory of the unitary executive explained by a law student

Mark Graber, a professor at the University of Maryland Law School, shares this gem from one of his student’s constitutional law exam: “the theory of the unitary executive gives the president the power to lead a rebellion against the United States.” Graber says, “I hope no one tells Dick Cheney.” I’m afraid its too late.
